Welcome to Prague, my name is Jana Kosová

I have been a certified Prague guide for 18 years and I offer various tours in German and English. You will get to know Prague with dates and historical events - but also nice anecdotes and stories. Your wishes and interests can determine the programme.

About me: I am a qualified city guide with a tourist licence for the Czech Republic, for the city of Prague and the Jewish Quarter.

During my studies at the Charles University in Prague in the field of 'International Studies', I specialised in the history and politics of German-speaking countries, Eastern and Central Europe and Russia.

I owe the basis for my German language skills to my attendance at a Czech-German grammar school.        I gained my knowledge of the English language through university lectures at Charles University as well as by studying abroad.
