Tour of Prague's Jewish Quarter/Josefov
This tour focuses on the former Jewish Town of Prague called Josefov. You will see the birthplace of the famous writer Franz Kafka. You will visit the Old New Synagogue, one of the oldest synagogues in Europe still in use, associated with Rabbi Lowe /Jehuda Liva ben Becalel/ and the legend of the Golem. You will see the Hebrew clock, the magic cemetery and visit several synagogues that are now part of the Jewish Museum. There you will see many ritual objects such as the Thora, Yad, Tefillin, etc., which will help you to better understand Jewish culture, traditions, customs and history.
