Prague Castle with interiors
See the fascinating interiors of Prague Castle and visit Hradcany Square, where many famous films have been shot. You will see the Archbishop's Palace, the palace of the commander of the troops at the Battle of Leipzig (1813) against Napoleon, and you will have a beautiful view of the centre of Prague. In Prague Castle you will see the complete St. Vitus Cathedral , the coronation and burial place of Czech kings and queens and the second largest Habsburg burial place in Europe. You will also see beautiful windows, one of which was painted by the Art Nouveau painter Alfons Mucha, and the sarcophagus of John of Nepomuk. We will also visit the Vladislav Hall, where jousting used to take place, and see the famous window of the Prague Defenestration of 1618 - a symbolic beginning of the Thirty Years' War in Europe. We will also visit the Romanesque St George's Basilica. At the end of the tour we will go to the Golden Lane, one of the most romantic streets in Prague, where the writer Franz Kafka wrote his works.
